Yes, it can be used outside as long as it is used on a flat surface. If it is used on a bumpy surface, it could damage the truck.
Yes, as long as the gradient is no more than 5%. The max gradeability with a full load is 5% and the max gradeability without a full load is 10%.
To calculate the gradient of your ramp, divide the height of the ramp (the rise) by the length of the ramp (the run). Then multiply that number by 100.
1500 KG – It takes 2 hours of continuous use for the battery to run out from a full charge.
1800 KG – It takes 2.5 hours of continuous use for the battery to run out from a full charge.
Yes, it comes with both a battery and charger. The charger battery is the size of an oversized laptop charger. The plug of the charger is a normal 3 pin plug.
It takes just under 2 hours to charge the battery from 20%. You can also charge your pallet truck at any point to give it a quick boost in charge.
Yes, you can take the battery out to swap it for another one. Or you can take the battery out and charge it away from the truck.
The battery must not be discharged below 20% on the meter and always charged prior to storage. Failure to follow this will cause damage and invalidate the warranty.
